Initial Consultation
This is completely free! We will visit you for a friendly chat, normally this will take about an hour, where we will investigate your garden and collect a brief, discuss budgets, fees and provide advice and plenty of inspiration. We get to understand the garden space and you get to meet us.
Outline design.
Based on the brief an outline garden design is created to show the structure and layout of the new garden space. This design is emailed to you for comment. Tranquil Earth welcome all feedback at this stage as it is important that you are involved in the design process. After discussion and any alterations being made. The revised drawing is emailed again for inspection.
Material selection.
Once the layout of the garden has been planned we will discuss in more detail the selection of materials and finishes. Advice is offered on what material combinations work and what will suit your garden best. Garden lighting and irrigation systems can also be included in your scheme.
Garden Construction
We work with a number of professional landscapers and fully manage this process for you. We offer a project management service, visiting the site to oversee the construction at key stages, ensuring that the design is implemeted correctly and to the highest standards.
Planting Plans and Planting
Once the Landscaping works have been finished the Tranquil Earth design team take over the site to add the finishing touches. This is the most important phase and will breathe life into the garden space with carefully chosen, good quality plants, creating a seasonal planting scheme to suit the layout, soil and aspect of your garden.
Maintenance
We hand over the Garden to you with a full maintenance programme to enable you to care for your new plants. we will also contact you on an annual basis to find out how your garden is developing.
