This case study showcases a large garden project we undertook for a private customer in Bromley, Kent.

The clients were planning to have a large extension built on the rear of their property that was going to create a spacous kitchen and living area. Bi Folding opened up this new space completely to the garden and to the woodland views beyond.

The existing garden sloped and undulated blocking much of the beautiful views and a neighbouring property overpowered the northern boundary.

A plan was needed to overcome these problems and create a contemporary garden space that would link the garden to the house bringing the outside in.

The main elements of the new design were, a seating area with firepit. a large koi pond, garden lighting, a bespoke screen, timber sleeper pods, and lots of planting.
